Stratus Rooftop Lounge is Hosting “Stratus Uncovered” a Night of Nude Figure Painting & Cocktails
It’s no secret that, these days, many folks are looking for a good reason to get out of the house. Good news – Stratus Rooftop Lounge (433 Chestnut St.) the recently re-opened bar and lounge located in historic Old City, is hosting a scintillating evening filled with artistry, a la carte craft beverages, and light fare with Stratus Uncovered: An Evening of Figure Drawing, hosted on Thursday, April 29.
With Stratus Uncovered, guests are invited to Stratus Rooftop Lounge to participate in an evening of nude figure painting. With the guidance of an instructor, attendees will capture the image of a nude male or female muse — depending on preference – with paint and canvas. Sessions last for two hours, and admission includes light fare served by the expert team at Stratus Rooftop Lounge. Additionally, imbibers are encouraged to peruse the menu of craft cocktails, select wine and local beer available on the beverage menu.
Two sessions are available to book on Thursday, April 29: The first session is from 6:45 to 8:45 pm, and the second, from 9:15-11:15 pm. Admission to this sensual evening is $50 per person and includes all painting supplies and one small plate from Stratus’ seasonal menu to enjoy while painting. Each table reservation can accommodate up to four guests. A portion of proceeds will be donated to HARP, the Hospitality Assistance Response of Pennsylvania, to aid hospitality industry workers.
