SoBol Rittenhouse Giving Away 50 Free Bowls this Thursday for Third Anniversary
SoBol Rittenhouse, the açaí bowl shop which opened in April of 2018, is celebrating three years since opening their doors by giving away 50 complimentary Sunshine Bowls on Thursday, April 15th beginning at 11 a.m. at the shop located at 46 S. 17th Street, just north of Chestnut Street.
The first 50 people who come through the door on Thursday will receive one small Sunshine Bowl, which contains homemade granola, mango and pineapple puree blended with coconut milk and bananas, and served with an assortment of pineapple, strawberry, coconut, and a drizzle of honey on top.
SoBol Co-owner Dan Nestor said that all customers who miss out on the giveaway on Thursday will receive free coupons towards future purchases.
“It’s been a really tough year for us since the pandemic began,” said Co-owner Mike Quinn. “While we have definitely struggled, we’re proud to still be serving Philly, and we wanted to show our thanks and gratitude to those who have supported us not just this past year, but the last three years since we were welcomed in with open arms.”
SoBol Philly is open seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Their Rittenhouse shop is located at 46 S. 17th Street near the corner of Chestnut Street, while their UCity shop is located at 3736 Spruce Street.
