Philly “Love Doesn’t Run Out” As One Republic Rocks the Fillmore

Wooder Ice rya-tedder-fillmore-phillywas on hand as the Grammy nominated group One Republic took over the Fillmore this past Tuesday November 28th for one of their two night gigs.  The event which was sponsored by American Airlines and Mastercard played host to a packed out crowd as one would expect.  In what has quickly become Philly’s crown jewel of live concerts, the energy at The Fillmore was electric as One Republic ripped through their set.

Frontman Ryan Tedder did a great job interacting with the Philly crowd which is no easy task considering the reputation Philly crowds have of being critical of sports and entertainment acts.   In fact at one point Ryan snatched an Eagle’s beanie from a front row attendee and proceeded to serenade the audience. The energy stayed high throughout the night which no doubt produced Snapchat stories that would made everyone jealous who missed out.

One Republic played through 13 songs off their set list posted below:

Love Runs Out

Secrets

Wherever I Go

Stop and Stare

Apologize

A.I.

Counting Stars

Let’s Hurt Tonight

Good Life

I Lived

Kids

Future Looks Good

If I Lose Myself

“Working with Mastercard and American Airlines to bring intimate, one-of-a-kind performances to our fans is really exciting for us,” said Ryan Tedder, lead singer of OneRepublic. OneRepublic released their debut set Dreaming Out Loud in 2007. The album included the smash single Apologize, which shattered digital sales and airplay records worldwide and received a GRAMMY® nomination. The band’s sophomore album, 2009’s Waking Up, produced three singles: All the Right Moves, Secrets and Good Life.

OneRepublic’s third studio album Native, was released in March 2013 where it debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. The set produced the hit singles If I Lose Myself, Feel Again, Love Runs Out, I Lived and Counting Stars, which reached #1 in 54 countries and has sold over 10 million downloads. Native sold over 5 million units worldwide. In May 2016 OneRepublic released “Wherever I Go” and followed that up with the release of their new single “Kids.” Both are featured on their fourth studio album, Oh My My, which was released October 7th on Mosley/Interscope Records and debuted at #3 on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart. OneRepublic has toured the world headlining dates in the U.S. and Europe.
