Philadelphia Brewing Company is Hosting WEIRDO: The East Kensington Arts and Oddities Festival With 50+ Artists
If you’re looking for an unique event featuring bazaar and mind blowing talent, then you should head over to the Philadelphia Brewing Company (2440 Frankford Ave.) on October 8th for the WEIRDO: The East Kensington Arts and Oddities Festival. From 2 pm-9 pm guests can enjoy a variety of weird and odd acts taking place in four different performance areas.
In addition to the live entertainment the festival will also feature a ton of art, odd object vendors, and food, with community and art organizations in between. Hundreds of weird projects converge into a meltdown of mystical proportions that bends reality itself.
“WEIRDO is our loveletter to our home, EAST KENSINGTON and the surrounding area. Everything is curated by someone who lives in the greater neighborhood and almost everyone involved is some weirdo who wants you to see how great this place can be. Be WEIRD with us,” states the event organizers. The best part is this event is free to attend. See performance schedule below:
