Looking for Rooftop Vibes? Assembly Rooftop is Hosting Skyline Soirée Featuring Live Music, Open Bar, and Bites

When it comes to the best rooftops Assembly Rooftop Lounge has everything you look for including great views, cocktails, and vibes.  Speaking of vibes, to kick-off the summer season, Assembly is inviting guests to celebrate the return of warmer weather at its Skyline Soirée on Friday, May 2 from 6 to 9 pm.

Guests will enjoy a three-hour open bar that will spotlight brand-new spring and summer cocktails by bartender Joseph Feeley, as well as fresh menu items by Executive Chef Sonny Ingui. As for entertainment,  DJ Ty Kingsley Party Duo will be on hand blending a DJ-driven soundscape with live electric violin and saxophone — all while the city skyline and the parkway are the backdrop.

Seasonal cocktails launching at Skyline Soirée include:

• Where’s the Beach? – vodka, earl grey tea, thyme lemon syrup (a fancy Arnold Palmer)
• Glass Ceilings with mezcal tequila, crème de violette, yuzu super juice, grapefruit bitters, club
• Rye Baby with Rittenhouse Rye private barrel, Fernet Branca, Chareau, black walnut bitters
• Frozen Aperol Spritz, the first rotating frozen cocktail of the season
• Frosé, Assembly’s signature summer classic

Crafted bites will include:

• Quesabirria Tacos
• Charred Corn Guacamole with House-Made Chips
• Bao Buns with Flavorful Fillings
• Falafel and Hummus with Pita
• Lobster Rolls
• Shrimp Cocktail
