Attention sneakerheads, hypebeasts, and those who just enjoy a great looking pair of kicks. Nike has just unveiled its limited edition Black History Month Collection and we have to say the shoes are fire (really nice looking for those not hip to the slang).
Every year Nike goes back and picks popular sneakers released the previous year and redesigns them with new patterns and colors to commemorate Black History Month. This year Nike is dropping heat as the Air Max 1, Lebron 12’s, Air Force 1, and others were revamped in black-and-white patterns and assorted silhouettes. (see pics below).
Anyone who is looking for exclusive Nikes should definitely consider picking up a pair. Not only will you feel good with a fresh pair of Nikes, you will be helping out a great cause as portions of the proceeds go towards the Ever Higher Fund which provides opportunities to underprivileged youth.
So when are these bad boys dropping? Nike has confirmed a January 17th release date. Check your local retailers to see if they will be carrying these one of a kind sneaks. If you are having trouble locating a retailer there is always Nike.com. Good luck!
