If you were old enough to remember the late 90’s then you’ll remember just how iconic Aaliyah was.  With a sound and style all her own she was an R&B hit machine who’s life ended tragically too soon.  However, during her time at the top of the charts the internet was at its infancy so it was tough to probe the life of celebrities.  Aaliyah being a private person, didn’t shed too much light on her personal life.  A new biopic from Lifetime, Aaliyah: The Princess Of R&B will show fans what life was like behind the cameras.  Check out the trailer.
