The New Punchline Comedy Club is Opening in July and They are Looking for Workers!

Although the current job market is no laughing matter, here’s some news to put a smile on your face! The new Punchline  Comedy Club is opening in July and they are looking for people for basically all positions.  The Punchline Comedy Club is actually a Live Nation venue that will be located directly across from the Fillmore.

Although we haven’t gotten to see the space in person yet, Live Nation describes Punchline as “…a flexible mixed-use space perfect for private events up to 450 people. Located across the street from The Fillmore, Punch Line offers a full bar, outdoor patio, seated and cocktail style set-ups and full-service catering.”  Sounds pretty dope.  For anyone looking to be apart of the nightlife industry or currently in the industry looking for new surroundings this may be an opportunity too good to pass up.

Sounds like something you might be interested in?  Well Saturday May 14th is your chance to try your hand to get in.  The Fillmore is hosting a job fair from 10 am-2pm and will be looking to fill in following position

• Bartenders

• Barbacks

• Cocktailers

• Servers

• Hosts

• Box office

• Security

• Prep cooks

• Line cooks
