It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia Will Address the Coronavirus Pandemic!
If you recall back on season nine, episode seven of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia the crew quarantined themselves inside of Paddy’s Pub. The episode appropriately titled “The Gang Gets Quarantined,” kind of foreshadowed things to come.
Now It’s Always Sunny creator and actor Rob McElhenny plans to tackle the current Coronavirus pandemic in the classic Always Sunny way. In an interview with NME Rob stated, “When we come back, don’t worry, we will address all this in the way only Sunny can!”
Now going on its 15th season (yes time flies) Rob has no plans on stopping anytime soon. He added in the interview that he planned on continuing the show “forever. “I never understand why people leave shows. I don’t. I never understand that. The show is what I dreamed of doing my entire life. I don’t take it for granted. And if they keep paying me and the audience keeps watching it and I still love it… why would I ever stop?”
