cience on Tap is a monthly science café in Philadelphia for anyone who is interested in getting together with other people to discuss a range of engaging science topics. It’s held at National Mechanics, a relaxed, convivial bar in Old City, and features a brief, informal presentation by a scientist or other expert followed by lively conversation.
March 9th | 7:30 pm | The Wells Fargo Center
Special guest, MAGIC! and opener, Rozzi Crane will join Maroon 5 on the North American leg of the tour. MAGIC! released their hit, debut single, “Rude”, in 2013 from their debut album Don’t Kill the Magic. Rozzi Crane, new to the music scene, is known for her soulful fusion sound.

Join The Franklin Institute Educators and Executive Chefs from Frog Commissary once a month as we examine topics in Kitchen Science. These fun- and flavor-filled events will engage you in an exploration of food science through hands-on, tastebud-activating activities that help you understand the science behind food and cooking.

Don’t miss Origami Mania. Learn the ancient art of origami and transform a flat piece of paper into a beautifully-folded design. Make an origami design for yourself, and leave another one at the Museum to be included in a large-scale installation on April 29.

You’ve seen Donnell Rawlings on Comedy Central’s “Chappelle’s Show” as Ashy Larry. He was the host the “Chappelle’s Show” Lost Episodes, and can be seen regularly on E!’s hit show “Chelsea Lately,” and MTV’s “Guy Code” and “Hip Hop Squares.”
