FOUR COURSE PRIX FIXE DINNER

Fine Palate hosts a special four course prix fixe dinner in honor of Valentine’s Day – on Friday, February 10 and Saturday, February 11, and Tuesday, February 14, 2017 (closed for dinner Sunday/Monday). THREE COURSE PRIX FIXE DINNER

Revolution Chop House at Valley Forge Casino Resort features a special three course menu for Valentine’s Day from Friday, February 10, 2017 through Tuesday, February 14, 2017 – Appetizer selections include a Roasted Beet Salad featuring golden and candy striped beets, pickled shallots, spiced pecans, goat cheese crema and micro arugula. Parks & Recreation star, Leslie Knope, coined the term in 2010 and since then, February 13th has since been known as Galentine’s Day. For those not a fan of the show, Galentine’s Day is a fictional holiday created for ladies and the love they have for their girlfriends. PERFECT PAIRINGS: SURF AND TURF TACO, TRES LECHES CAKE COLLABORATION

Chefs Mike Sultan and Carolyn Nguyen present two perfect pairings for Valentine’s Day and Weekend at Revolution Taco. On the savory side, look for a special twist on the Surf and Turf with a limited edition taco featuring fried foie gras, lobster salad, apple slaw and tobiko. On the sweet side, the cooking duo teams up with Rival Bros Coffee for a special Tres Leches Cake Collaboration. Also known as pan tres leches (“three milks bread”), this limited edition dessert features lemon scented butter cake with a mixture of sugar, milk, sweetened condensed milk, half and half, and Rival Brothers espress beans. The cake is topped with with whip cream and fresh fruit – with a house berry puree.

Tres Leche Cake with Rival Bros started a few years ago when the food-trucking duo were making desserts for Street Food Philly Food Truck- but they ran out of milk for the final batch. “Luckily, Johnny Mack from Rival Brothers coffee was parked right in front of us and put together a milk coffee concoction for the cake.They kept us well caffeinated and we kept them well fed,” added Sultan. Tres Leche Cake is part of Revolution Taco’s special “duos” for Valentine’s Day that also includes a Valentine’s “Surf and Turf” taco featuring fried foie gras, lobster salad, apple slaw and tobiko.
