FREE Bud Light For Everyone If the Eagles Win the Super Bowl!
Budweiser recognizes Philly as a beer town. I mean it’s a traditionally blue collar town that loves its sports and entertainment. They even based their marquee event Made in America here. However, their biggest investment in our city will come in the form of a multi-million dollar tab, thanks to Lane Johnson.
This past week during an interview Lane Johnson spoke about his Super Bowl aspirations. Well it looked like he was caught up in the moment and got in over his head. Like a kid running for class president and promising free candy and unlimited recess to all that vote for him, Lane did the grown up version and promised beer for all!
Philly by no means is a small town so according by many calculations that have been made since his blurb, Lane would have a tab north of $3 million dollars. After hearing Lane Johnson’s bold proposition, the execs at Budweiser saw an opportunity and quickly seized it in the form of a tweet. The result is Bud Light picking up the tab if the Eagles do bring the Lombardi home! Although, I am a beer snob and would otherise turn down the bathtub boogie named Bud Light, it would be free, so I will be taking full advantage of the situation.
