East Falls Fest Returns With Kayak Adventures, Live Entertainment, Food, Free Pumpkin Decorating, & More
East Falls Fest is back on Saturday, October 18, bringing an entire day of fall fun, food, music, and community spirit to Ridge Avenue & Midvale Avenue.
Hosted by East Falls Development Corporation, This yearly fall tradition returns bigger than ever, offering something for everyone—from live music and circus acts to river adventures, local eats, and family-friendly activities.
Always wanted to explore the Schuylkill but didn’t know where to begin? This year, attendees can launch from the East Falls River Landing for a kayak adventure on one of Philly’s most scenic waterways. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned paddler, it’s a perfect way to see East Falls from a new perspective.
Entertainment takes center stage throughout the day, with live performances coordinated by the Fallser Club. Expect a diverse lineup of local musicians bringing energy and rhythm to the heart of the neighborhood.
Adding even more excitement to the day, Hi-Line Circus Arts will perform high-flying aerial shows—complete with opportunities for audience participation. And for those who love a dose of local history, don’t miss the Philly History PopUps talk, offering fascinating insights into East Falls’ storied past and its connection to the greater Philadelphia story.
East Falls Fest will offer plenty of activities for kids and families, including:
