Chef Chad Rosenthal is Hosting “Made with Fire” A Dinner Series Featuring Top Chefs Cooking Over Fire
Chef/Restaurateur Chad Rosenthal is welcoming a number of his Philly chef friends into The Incubator this summer for a new Tuesday night dinner series entitled “Made with Fire,” which will feature live fire dinner collaborations at the restaurant, located at 990 Spring Garden Street.
Rosenthal is inviting guests to attend this unique culinary experience, where each menu will be cooked over live fire. The series fires up on Thursday, June 18th with James Beard Award nominated chef Carlos Aparicio of El Chingon, and will follow on June 25th with Davide Lubrano and Vinny Gallagher, the duo behind Pizzata Pizzeria’s two popular Philadelphia locations. Each event will take place from 7 to 10 p.m., and will feature a warm, communal dining experience with two large tables to share and savor the evening with fellow diners.
Entry to each event costs $100 per person, which is not only inclusive of tax and gratuity, but Rosenthal promises a ton of delicious food and unlimited wine for guests. Tickets can be purchase on Eventbrite. Each dinner is limited to 50 guests, and the events will feature a total collaborative menu crafted by the guest chef of the evening who will be cooking everything over an open flame.
Chef Aparacio’s June 18th dinner will feature vibrant, bold Mexican flavors, while the June 25th Pizzata dinner will see the guys from Pizzata Pizzeria & Birreria, who are known for their sourdough pies, mix it up with pizza and much more over the fire. On July 2nd, Chef Liz Grothe of the forthcoming restaurant Scampi will step into the kitchen with Rosenthal, and on July 9th, Natalia Lepore Hagan of Midnight Pasta Co. will cook her Italian-centric cuisine.
