Calling All Artists, The PLAY Music Conference is Coming to Philly Featuring 3-Days of Music & Panels

PLAY Music Conference is returning the concept of music business education panels and performance showcases to Philadelphia, one of the most historic cities for musicians. The three day event will take place February 16-18th, 2023 on Broad Street at Gershman Hall (University of the Arts) and various music venues around South Street and is open to of all genres of music.

The Levitt Auditorium on Broad Street is set to host the inaugural PLAY Music Conference. Event producers Rob Schwartz (CEO of GRAMMY Winning WHO?MAG Distribution, MusicSups, and Chetown Films), Brian Cronin (owner of Mirror Image Media, ThatMusicMag.com, and former Associate Director of the Millennium Music Conference), and Jim Logrando (Co-Founder of music strategy agency Craft Services) has just announced the Levitt Auditorium at Gershman Hall will be the backdrop for the PLAY Music Conference.

The music conference is a three day affair with a welcome reception on Thursday, February 16th powered by The MLC(The Mechanical Licensing Collective) and the music sharing app MYXT. The kickoff event will take place at MilkBoy Philly (1100 Chestnut Street). As the weekend unfolds, guests can join any of the daytime panel discussions scheduled for Friday 2/17 and Saturday 2/18 at Levitt Auditorium with some of the top names in the music industry. In the evening, conference goers can watch artists perform at legendary South Street venues including Dobbs on South
, O’Neals Pub, His & Hers, and Reef.
