Cake Life Bake Shop (1306 Frankford Ave.) is no stranger to naughty and erotic dessert designs is inviting you to join in the fun in creating some one-of-a-kind treats at their new intimate, after-hours erotic dessert decorating soirée.
Guests will get to decorate anatomically-apt treats, enjoy free-flowing bubbly beverages, and revel in seductive, luxurious décor courtesy of boutique, woman-owned tablescape company Citrine.
Hosted by Cupcake Wars winner, Cake Life Co-Founder Lily Fischer, Dessert After Dark takes place at Cake Life Bake Shop (1306 Frankford Ave) on Thursday, June 27, with two seatings: 6:30 pm and 8 pm. Tickets ($85/pp) are available for onlinen at exploretock.com/cakelifebakeshop
Upon entering the mood-lit bakery, adorned in alluring tableware and sensual décor via Citrine, guests will be welcomed with a complimentary beverage and settle into a decorating station, at which point the X-rated cookie decorating session will commence. Fischer will guide attendees through frosting, piping, and sprinkling gingerbread, chocolate and vanilla cookies to create the kinky, body-positive cookies of their dreams.
Snacks and treats will be provided by Cake Life, with beverages courtesy of Phizzie, the brand-new premium hard seltzer from Philadelphia Brewing Co., and a featured mocktail crafted using The Pathfinder Hemp and Root, the zero-proof elixir with a cult following. These beverages will remain free-flowing for the duration of the event.
“We’re so excited to bring back our cookie decorating classes after a long hiatus – it’s one of the most frequent requests we receive!” noted Fischer. “It’s a super fun, simple, naughty evening out with friends or partners; whoever likes kinky cookies.”
While adorning an array of intimately-shaped treats, guests can enjoy bites from Cake Life’s bakery menu; with highlights including Jalapeno Popper Croissants, Poppin’ Tarts, Cupcakes in every color of the rainbow, biscuits, scones and more. Guests can choose from Lemon Lime or Grapefruit Phizzies, premium hard seltzer made by Philadelphia Brewing Company, or sip the Strawberry Hemp Sour, a non-alcoholic cocktail crafted using housemade strawberry syrup, lemonade, club soda, and The Pathfinder Hemp and Root, or select from an array of housemade offerings from Cake Life’s robust coffee bar menu – think classic or flavored lattes, cappuccinos, iced coffee and more – also complimentary.
