Past and Present Eagles Players Will Be Walking the Runway at a Charity Fashion Show to Support Big Brothers Big Sisters
Want to get your Eagles fix during the bye week? Well, here’s an opportunity to check out past and present star Eagles players for a great cause. On Monday November 13th from 6 pm to 9 pm, 2300 Arena will host the Fashion Touchdown fashion show to support Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence.
This year’s show will be presented by Marrone Law Firm and will mark the 8th iteration of Fashion Touchdown which started back in 2014. After a three year hiatus due to COVID, Fashion Touchdown is back with some of your favorite players strutting down the runway.
Guests can expect a fashion show, silent and live auction hosted by former Eagle Kevin Reilly, a curated menu of food and beverages, DJs and more. Eagles who will be in attendance include Boston Scott, D’Andre Swift, Darius Slay, James Bradberry, Joshua Jobe (former BBBS Little), Haason Reddick, as well as alumni Brian Westbrook, Mike Mamula, and Vinny Curry (former BBBS Big). Participation of all current and alumni players is subject to availability.
In addition, BBBS Independence will also be honoring Domenico DiSandro at the event. Dom enters his 25th season with the Philadelphia Eagles, serving as the senior advisor to the General Manager and Chief Security Officer.
Boyds who are the official Fashion Partner will be dressing the Philadelphia Eagles and their partners. “Aiming to enhance modern relevance while keeping traditions alive, Boyds offers a diverse assortment of luxury women’s and men’s ready-to-wear and accessories,” event organizers stated.
