The Oval on the Parkway is Hosting Movie Nights Every Other Friday This Summer
Yes, there is another outdoor movie venue for you guys to check out but this one comes with a lot of perks. So if you’re planning a date night this summer or an fun evening with friends and family, The Oval (2451 Benjamin Franklin Parkwy) will have you covered.
Starting July 14th The Oval will be screening movies every other Friday until August 18th. The admission is free and guests will get to enjoy the features this pop-up park offers including food trucks, beer garden and outdoor games. Aside from movie nights The Oval will host a variety of events and themed nights including themed dance parties, Tangle Arts Tiny Circus, Yoga, quizzo, and a host of live performances including the West Philadelphia Orchestra.
As for the movies, all screenings will start at 8 pm and guests are free to BYO chairs and blankets. See full schedule below:
