The Career & Tech Expo, Diversitech Returns to Philly With Three Days of Panels, Workshops, Mixers, & More
Diversitech 2026 returns to Philly March 19–21, 2026, bringing together leaders, innovators, founders, and emerging talent for one of the nation’s most impactful conferences focused on technology and workforce equity.
Diversitech 2026 will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops, and networking events designed to connect talent with opportunity and inspire collaboration across industries.
The three-day event will take place at Rivers Casino Philadelphia and marks the fifth annual gathering organized by Tribaja. This year, Zillow joins as the conference’s title sponsor, reinforcing a shared commitment to economic mobility, career pathways in technology, and innovation.
“The world is already coming to Philadelphia in 2026, and Diversitech is proud to be part of what makes this city a global destination for innovation,” said Shannon Morales. “We are not only participating in a historic year for Philadelphia — we are helping define it by bringing national and global tech leaders together to drive real impact.”
Diversitech arrives during a landmark year for the city as Philadelphia prepares to host major international events including the MLB All-Star Game, matches during the FIFA World Cup, and the PGA Championship.
Against that backdrop, Diversitech positions Philadelphia as a hub for technology, innovation, and inclusive leadership.
Programming aligns with Tribaja’s Learn, Earn, Grow pillars — emphasizing career growth, workforce development, and access to technology careers.

- Professional development workshops
- Executive leadership and DEI programming
- Employer and technology exhibits
