Claude Giroux Believes the Flyers are Playoff Bound

I really want to believe G here. The thought of missing out on watching the Flyers in the NHL playoffs is sickening. But the bottom line here is that this is probably too little, too late. Yes, the Flyers are currently on a four game winning streak. But, out of the eight points they’ve gained during those wins, they’ve gained exactly one point of ground in the playoff picture.

It’s an uphill battle and the odds are definitely against them. All they can do is continue to win games. The problem is they need a lot of other teams to start losing some, too.
