YOWIE Hotel & Wim Cafe are Hosting a Block Party to Celebrate Their 1 Year Anniversary With Food, Vendors, & More

For the past year YOWIE Hotel & Wim Cafe have been welcoming tourists and locals alike to its vibrant atmosphere, providing both a tranquil boutique hotel experience and cozy cafe vibes. To celebrate this milestone, YOWIE Hotel & Wim Cafe will be hosting a block party on Saturday September 28th from 12pm to 6 pm.

The 1 year anniversary block party will take place on the 200 block of South Street with the focal point of the celebration taking pace in front of their space at 226 South Street.

Guests can expect a fun, block party featuring drinks, food, and specials from the cafe. “We are releasing a new hat and tee at YOWIE and will be having a sale of select items, there will be makers vending out front and a bounce house for kids and adults that want to bounce,” states owner Shannon Maldonado.

“One year later, we’re filled with gratitude for becoming a part of the vibrant South Street community. The warm welcome we’ve received from our neighbors has been truly amazing. Our space has already hosted countless local residents, and we’re excited to continue fostering a sense of community through upcoming events and workshops. As we look ahead, we’re committed to expanding our offerings and remaining a design-driven destination for locals and tourists alike,” Shannon added.

This event is free to the public and will offer plenty of food, fun, and music for attendees. For those looking to do a little shopping, there will be several vendors onsite including:
