Tribaja, a tech platform built to foster inclusive career pathways in tech just announce that the 5th annual Diversitech Conference  will be taking place March 20-22 at Rivers Casino.

Each year the conference looks to bring together industry leaders, innovators, and rising tech talent to champion inclusion, economic mobility, and career advancement in the tech sector.

Attracting an impressive roster of official partners, including Taskrabbit, HubSpot, Intuit, Equitable Advisors, GSA, Accenture, with more to be announced, “Diversitech 2025 reaffirms its mission to empower underrepresented professionals, particularly women and people of color, with the tools, resources, and connections needed to excel in today’s rapidly changing tech landscape. Melissa Scott, the head of innovation and technology of Philadelphia, will serve as this year’s keynote speaker,” the statement reads.

According to a 2024 report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, tech jobs are projected to grow 15% by 2033, yet significant gaps in diversity persist. Tribaja is addressing this challenge by connecting diverse talent with inclusive employers, creating a transformative space where opportunities flourish. The heart of Diversitech is the Career and Tech Expo, a bustling hub of opportunity where attendees can connect with top companies, explore the latest technologies, and advance their careers through a variety of curated activations:

  • Taskrabbit Lounge: Engage with recruiters in a welcoming, collaborative environment.
  • Career Hype Stations: Receive personalized career coaching, including resume reviews and interview preparation, from certified experts.
  • Tech Demo Area: Explore cutting-edge innovations from established and emerging tech companies in an interactive setting.
  • The Code Café: Participate in hands-on workshops and gain practical technical skills to elevate your career or business.
  • ERG Movement Activation: This year’s new addition, designed to strengthen Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) through leadership development, team-building activities, and actionable workshops.
