This Weekend Find Locally Made Holiday Gifts at Nexfab’s “Miracle On American Street Art & Gift Market”

Start checking holiday gifts off your list with NextFab’s 2021 Holiday Gift Guide, filled with locally handmade products. New this year, you can get a taste of Santa’s Workshop on November 20th, 2021 at Miracle On American Street Art & Gift Market. From 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM guests can shop for their loved ones while supporting local artisans. Guests can expect handcrafted, one-of-a-kind items and get to tour NextFab’s brand new, state-of-the-art makerspace.

The region’s premier maker space is focused on providing the necessary resources to allow Philadelphia artisans and creatives to excel in their craft. The professional working space gives the opportunity for makers to craft innovative creations and incredible stories within the NextFab Community. Not only does the Gift Guide provide exposure for craft makers and online businesses within the local community, it also provides everyone a chance to “shop local” and support these local entrepreneurs. NextFab operates locations in North and South Philadelphia, and Downtown Wilmington, Delaware. NextFab is a network of membership-based makerspaces that provide access to tools, technology, education, events, and services for makers and professional artisans.

“At NextFab, we believe in local artisan entrepreneurs and our team dedicates itself to helping more people to make things for themselves – and to feel empowered, to create new art, new products, and new businesses. With the opening of our new North Philadelphia space, we will be able to do that at an unprecedented level,” says Evan Malone, President, NextFab

While its fundamental mission is driving artisan entrepreneurs in building their business, this Gift Guide showcases the talent of many of those already successful and budding artisan entrepreneurs. NextFab’s members have a wide range of products that showcase their creativity and craftsmanship. This year’s Gift Guide can be found at Nextfab.com and is divided into five categories. Over 40 local makers are included in the guide, which provides a little something for everyone. The categories are Feeling Empowered, Modern & Homey, Sustainable & Stylish, Playful & Practical, and Elevate Aesthetic.

Get ready for the holidays at Miracle On American Street Art & Gift Market. Hosted by NextFab and Olde Kensington Boutique, this collaborative event allows guests to shop for unique gifts while supporting local small businesses.
