For all you bookworms and self professed “nerds” we have the perfect event for you. The Rosenbach Museum & Library is hosting a hands-on tour of Dracula! That’s right, get up close and personal with Bram Stoker’s handwritten notes (character and chapter outlines, chronologies, and more!) for Dracula as Rosenbach staff explore what it takes to create an enduring monster.
Behind the Bookcase: Hands-on Tours offer unparalleled access to see, and even touch, rare and important items not usually on view to the public. Each program is dedicated to a different author, theme, or topic and grants a truly hands-on experience with materials in The Rosenbach’s inspiring collection. The event takes place October 20th from 3-pm. Tickets are $12-$25 and available here.
