The Philadelphia Zoo’s Summer Ale Festival is back Featuring Live Music, Food Trucks and 100+ Craft Beers, Seltzers, & Ciders
If you’re looking for a new outdoor space to sip this summer then you may want to head over to the Philadelphia Zoo this June for their annual Summer Ale Festival. Taking place June 24th from 7 pm-10 pm, the Summer Ale Festival will feature more than 100 award-winning craft beers, seltzers, ciders, as well as local food trucks and live music at its 42-acre campus.
Summer Ale Festival presented by Constellation is the only beer celebration where you can sip among big cats, great apes and other incredible animals. This year’s brewery lineup includes local favorites like Victory Brewing Company, Evil Genius, River Horse Brewing Company, Iron Hill, Conshohocken Brewing Company, Wissahickon Brewing Company and more.
Those looking for more food options, Summer Ale Festival will be welcoming The Fabulous Fig, Bonjour Creperie, The Munchy Machine, Calle Del Sabor and more. As for live entertainment, guests will get to enjoy the indie surf rock band Dry Reef and Philly’s own Mr. Hollywood DJ.

More importantly, the proceeds from this fun event support the animals in our care as well as the Zoo’s conservation work and ability to bring under resourced families to the Zoo that might not otherwise be able to visit. It truly is a special event.”
Summer Ale Fest is limited to those 21 or older with valid identification. Tickets are available exclusively through the Zoo’s website and will not be available for purchase at the door. This is a rain or shine event. Summer Ale Fest serves as a fundraiser and supports Philadelphia Zoo in its mission to create joyful discovery and inspire action for animals and habitats.

● Early Admission (6-10pm): $95
● General Admission (7-10pm): $75
● Non-drinker (admitted with their party at either 6pm or 7pm): $45
● Zoo Members enjoy a $10 discount on all tickets

● Taps close 30 minutes prior to event end
