The Philadelphia Home Show Returns to the Convention Center With Over 200 Exhibitors and Celebrity Guests
The Philly Home Show returns to the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for two weekends only. From Friday, March 18 to Sunday, March 20, and Friday, March 25 to Sunday, March 27, this lively marketplace will give attendees the chance to shop for deals on products and services for their homes, help inspire DIYers and showcase brilliant displays and connect with experts in the industry.
The show will include over 200 booths ranging from flooring to roofing and everything in- between. From well-known designers to flower trucks, this event will be full of fun and inspirational features for everyone to enjoy. Learn how to get the ultimate backyard and restore old furniture into something new. Christine Bugsy Drake is known as Chief Stew on the Bravo TV reality television show, Below Deck Mediterranean, and will be appearing at the Philly Home Show this year. Bugsy is notorious for her bubbly personality and passion for planning theme parties as Queen of Theme. In addition to being a TV Personality, she is the author of, The Art of Tablescaping: Deck Out Your Table with the Queen of Theme.
At the Philly Home Show, you can expect Bugsy to showcase her tablescaping tricks and share inspiration and guides for all things tablescaping. She will create and arrange tabletops that convey a unique theme while sharing advice on decor. Her appearance will be on Saturday, March 26, from 12 to 1 p.m. at the Affinity Furniture booth. Highlights of the 2022 Philly Home Show include:
● Make It, Take It Workshops presented by Little.Tall.Rulers: Work closely with local designers, artists, and crafters demonstrating what is popular in DIY this year. Get ready to work, ask questions, and try out new products with experts.
● FUNctional Over Formal: Popular designers, Tommi Mischell and Ethan Allen, will repurpose traditional formal living and dining rooms into a space that can be used every day, not just on special occasions.
● Ultimate Backyard: Philly Home Shows is teaming up with Barnco Woodworks to provide outdoor furniture, fire pits, and pergolas that will make a homeowner’s backyard or front patio the look of the neighborhood.
● Upcycle Challenge: Dresser Transformations: Philly Home Shows is teaming up again with Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore to showcase how old dressers and bureaus can transform into new, more practical household décor or furniture. Come vote on your favorite product or bid on one to take home.
● Habitat for Humanity ReStore Pop Up Shop: Calling all DIYers, homeowners, renters, landlords, contractors, interior designers, environmentalists, or treasure hunters.We’re bringing the Philadelphia ReStore to you. Stop by this pop-up shop for your next home improvement, renovation, or DIY project – and support a great cause, Habitat for Humanity.
● Madeline’s Mobile Flower Shop: Stop by Madeline’s mobile flower shop at booth #200 at the show, and purchase a beautiful bouquet hand-picked and created just byyou.
● Philly’s Favorite Finds: Don’t miss out on this exciting chance to shop for unique home decor and gifts. This open market-style area highlights local artisans and retailers. Individuals can shop everything from antiques, homemade, finely crafted items to original art that will surely stand out.
● Hero Day: Honor our local heroes on Friday, March 18, and Friday, March 25 where all active and retired military, first responders, firefighters, and teachers will get free admission upon identification.
● SEPTA Day: If you have a SEPTA key card, you have the key to the Philly Home Show on Friday, March 18, and Friday, March 25. Present your SEPTA key at the box office for free admission. One ticket per pass.
Philly Home Show hours are Fri. March 18 from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, March 19 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sunday, March 20 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The second show hours are Fri. March 25 from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, March 26 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sunday, March 27 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is $13 for adults at the door, $10 online only, $3 for Children ages 6-12, and free for children ages 5 and under.
