The Pennypack Park Music Festival Officially Kicked-off This Week

It seems that Center City and areas such as Fishtown and Northern Liberties hog the spotlight.  Just about every hip and cool event are in or around these areas. However, for those living in the Northeast section of town you may be pleased to know that PennyPack Park is hosting a free music festival that entails 15  bands with a heavy influence of rock.

With bands covering records from some of the most legendary bands ever including Guns N’ Roses, Kiss, and Van Halen, we can only imagine the string of hits that will be filling the air.  The Pennypack Park Music Festival takes place every Wednesday from now until September 9th.  Each show will have a 6:30 pm start time.
