The Kimchi Festival is Returning to Love Park Featuring, Kimchi Making Workshops, Vendors, Live Performances, & More

Guess what kimchi lovers? It’s back. The Kimchi Festival at Love Park is returning on Saturday October 5th from 11 am to 5 pm and will feature a day jam packed with workshops, entertainment, and of course kimchi.

Hosted by the Korean Cultural Foundation, this annual event aims to “encapsulates our dedication to sharing not just the delicious Korean food that we bring but also supporting the future of our community. We believe that food is the best tool for bringing people together and understanding and communicating with each other,” the foundation states.

The event is free to attend. However, there is a fee of $20 to participate in the kimchi making workshops.  These workshops will take place throughout the day including 12 pm, 1:30 pm, 3 pm, and 4:30 pm start times. Registration for these workshops are available at Eventbrite.

This year’s theme is “Tasting Korean-Culture, Growing Future,” and will offer a jammed pack day which will include:
