The Inaugural Kensington Queer Circus Fest is Taking Place With a Roller Circus, Queer Arm Wrestling, Vendors & More
Closing out PRIDE Month, The East Kensington Arts Committee (EKAC) in partnership with the East Kensington Neighbors Association (EKNA) will be hosting the inaugural Kensington Queer Circus Fest on June 28th from 3 pm -6pm at Philadelphia Brewing Company (2440 Frankford Ave).
Billed as the neighborhood’s PRIDE celebration, “this isn’t just a festival. It’s a vibrant celebration of diversity, inclusion, creativity, and community—a joyful space where queer voices and circus arts come together to create something magical,” states Erin Flanigan of Cotton Candy Circus Arts.
This free to attend event will feature a Roller Circus, Tangle, Spider Wolf Circus, 2nd Hand Circus, along with Queer Arm Wrestling, a Clown Contest, Drag Story Time, Vendors, Food, PBC Beer and more.
