Founding Footstep’s Jolly Trolley has been such a hit that the company is bringing it back for its 7th season.  This family-owned local business is always looking for ways to top themselves. As always, the tour includes the amazing live musicians that will perform plenty of festive sing-alongs and new this year, complimentary pizza. The tours kick-off November 25th and will run through December 31st.

As mentioned, the Jolly Trolley is BYOB and will feature plenty of festive photo-ops to make it a memorable experience. Each “Tipsy Trolley” tour will feature a decked out trolley and will make stops at the city’s top Christmas and holiday light displays including Miracle on S. 13th Street, The Smedley Street Christmas Spectacular, Santa’s Speakeasy @ Mainstay Brewing (Craft Hall), and Stoke’s Christmas Pop-Up. The Jolly Trolley will also pass by Winterfest at Penn’s Landing, The Betsy Ross House and City Hall. Time permitting, earlier tours may stop at Franklin Square and later ones at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.Throughout the tour guests will enjoy fun facts about Philly as well as live entertainment.

“We’re Philly’s original Holiday Light Tour,” often imitated, never duplicated, Founding Footsteps is the only trolley tour featuring live music. Each year we’ve  raised the bar on providing our guests with the best possible experience (and not simply just transportation), while finding ways to invest back into the community. From partnering with local artists and other small businesses, covering off-season storage fees for some of the city’s biggest local neighborhood attractions and featuring a team of dedicated staff members that guests ask for by name year after year. They’ve worked hard to live up to their company’s slogan -“by locals, for locals,” states Founding Footsteps owner Tim.

Live entertainment will feature a mix musicians and vocal artists including Koser, Jeremy Adam, Ashton John, John Gilbride, Brie, and Tye Vallone.

For those looking for a private holiday experience, private tours can be booked for guests looking to rent the whole trolley and will accommodate up to 32 guests. Pricing varies depending on the night and a $500 deposit is required to secure a timeslot. All individual tickets for public tours as well as private trolley bookings can be made at FoundingFootsteps.com.
