The Barnes Annual Block Party “Barnes on the Block” is Back With Food Trucks, Live Entertainment, Beer Garden & More
Who’s ready for another block party? The Barnes Foundation’s Barnes on the Block is back. Presented by PNC Arts Alive and in partnership with Mural Arts Philadelphia this family friendly event will take place on Sunday July 14th from 12-5 pm.
This event is free, but registration is required to access the Barnes collection and Matisse & Renoir. Registration for timed admission to the Barnes galleries will open at 10am on Thursday, July 11. Registration is available at barnesfoundation.org/whats-on/barnes-on-the-block
What to expect:
- Beer, wine, and other refreshments at the Barnes on the Block Beer Garden.
- Local eats from food trucks including Munchy Machine.
- DJ sets by Ben Arsenal and DJ Giz.
- Performances by TAMEARTZ, West Powelton Steppers and Drum Squad, Batala Philly, and more.
- Live and Local Art

Join creative space-makers and artists for activations along the Parkway:
- Enjoy live painting led by Mural Arts Philadelphia.
- Experience a pop-up ceramics studio with Clay Studio’s Claymobile.
- Celebrate hip-hop through dance with TAMEARTZ.

- Make your identity symbol with Cesar Viveros and Lemus.
- Create a collage with Collage Philadelphia.
