The 3rd Annual Renaissance Derby is Taking Place This Sunday With Real Horses, DJs, Food and More
The Kentucky Derby celebrations don’t stop after Saturday’s race. Recording Artist & philly nightlife veteran Timmo Russ is looking to keep the derby vibes going with his 3rd Annual Renaissance Derby hosted by Nate Rogers taking place Sunday May 7th from 1 pm to 7 pm at The Sculpture Courtyard in Northern Liberties (1717 N Hancock St.)
Now in its third year the Renaissance Derby started back in 2020 and “was created to highlight the audio & visual arts and serve as a networking platform drenched in high fashion & high culture,” Timmo describes.
Guests will be able to enjoy music by and array of DJ’s and artists including DJ Caution , The Armentani Brothers , DJ Heat & Timmo Russ featuring Art By Shanice Sade and Hosted by Nate Rogers
For food and drinks, there is an option to purchase tickets that includes bottomless mimosas , a 3 hour open bar , appetizers & Kentucky Derby styled catering. Those looking to get dressed to the nines will be in contention to win prizes including gift cards for categories such as Best Dressed & Best Hats. And yes, just like in previous years, the Renaissance Derby will also feature real horses. Tickets range from $25 to $65 and can be purchased here.
