Sorry Dave & Buster’s You Had Good Run But Round 1 Will Take it From Here!
Since forever it seemed the only full-on arcade experience in town was Dave & Buster’s. As adults it was the only real spot where you could get a drink, play some games and enjoy indoor fun. Therefore by default Dave & Buster’s became the defunct date spot for many and a cool spot to hang out with friends. However, over the years it got pretty stale considering they were the only venue in Philly. Well not anymore. The all-new Round 1 has opened at Fashion District and it has everything you’d want from an arcade.
Not sure if it was the lack of competition that kept Dave & Buster’s games and ambience to become stale but nonetheless a breath of fresh air is now on the scene.
