Sancho Pistola’s is Hosting a Dope Beer & Taco Dinner

When you think of pairing in the culinary world the first thing that usually comes to mind is wine with pastas or bourbons with steaks but what about tacos and beer? After all this is a blue collar town with a citywide special that has been ingrained into the fabric of Philadelphia society as much as the cheesesteak.  So when one of the most popular taco spots in town organizes a 5 course taco and beer dinner, it definitely got our attention.

Sancho Pistola’s (19 W. Girard) will be serving up 5 courses of their signature tacos along with an assortment of craft beers that will be paired on Tuesday March 29th.  For you inquisitive beer snobs wondering what the beer line-up will be looking like, expect to see selections such as:

• Dogfish Head- Romantic Chemistry
• Jack’s Abby- Saxonator
• Ommegang- Rosetta
• Firestone Walker- Luponic Distortion
• Allagash- TBA
