Rodin Museum Garden Bar Returns This Summer With Cocktails, Small Plates, and a New Philly-Inspired Food Truck

The Rodin Museum officially reopens its popular Garden Bar for the 2026 season beginning Friday, May 29.

The seasonal outdoor pop-up transforms the museum’s scenic sculpture garden into a relaxed summer hangout featuring cocktails, wine, beer, and elevated small plates surrounded by the works of famed sculptor Auguste Rodin.

The Garden Bar will run every Friday evening through August 28 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Operated by Constellation Culinary Group in partnership with the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Garden Bar offers visitors the chance to enjoy drinks and food outdoors before exploring the museum’s galleries.

Admission to the Garden Bar is free, while museum admission remains Pay What You Wish.

Guests can expect:

  • Craft cocktails
  • Beer and wine
  • Seasonal small plates
  • Outdoor seating in the Rodin sculpture garden

Leashed dogs are also welcome in the garden space.

One of the biggest additions this year is the debut of the Rising Up Kitchen food truck, a new Philadelphia-inspired concept from Constellation Culinary Group.

The truck will appear:

  • Fridays during Rodin Garden Bar hours
  • Saturdays and Sundays outside the Philadelphia Museum of Art from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Inspired by the museum exhibition Rising Up: Rocky and the Making of Monuments, the menu celebrates classic Philly comfort food with elevated twists.

Menu highlights include:

  • Roast pork sandwiches with provolone
  • Cheesesteak egg rolls with long hot aioli
  • Bavarian soft pretzels
  • Brown butter chocolate chip cookies
  • Frozen desserts
  • Fruit salad bowls and non-alcoholic beverages

The Garden Bar season will also include a one-night-only performance by The Crossing Choir on Friday, July 17 at 6:30 p.m.
