The Piazza at Schmidt Commons is Throwing a Huge End-of-Summer Bash

The Piazza at Schmidt’s Commons (1001 N 2nd St) is throwing what they are dubbing  “The Ultimate Summer Cookout.” If you were unable to attend any cookouts this summer because of lame friends or a busy schedule the folks at The Piazza gots ya’ covered.  Hard to believe that summer is already winding down but there is still some time to enjoy what’s left.

This FREE end-of-summer bash will take place Sunday, August 21, 2016 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.  This is a perfect family event or great opportunity to chill with those people that you always say “Hey we should hang out this summer.”  Here’s a chance to keep your word. So what makes this bash so “huge?”  Well here is what The Piazza has lined-up:

• Get your groove on with DJs from Creep Records Store and live tunes from West Philadelphia Orchestra.
• Bring your bathing suit and beat the heat in the water slide and slip ‘n slide.
• Take to the air as enjoy a bird’s eye view of the Piazza on a zip line.
• Look for other surprises too!
