New Mini-Golf and Arcade Opens in Kensington
Keystone Mini-Golf and Arcade will be making its official debut today. The lack of miniature golf courses was something that we have featured on here in our article regarding the 10 Things Philly’s Waterfront Needs Right Now. However, although this spot is not on the waterfront it will definitely be welcomed with open arms.
Created by Bucks County natives Bill Cannon and Drew Ferry, Keystone Mini-Golf and Arcade will feature 9 holes as well as vintage arcade machines and is located at 161 Cecil B. Moore. The overall ambiance of the place is described as 50’s Americana. The places itself is actually indoors with large garage style doors that open up to give the place an airy feeling. The best part is that this place will be BYOB.
If you plan to make it there tonight for the grand opening at 7 pm make sure to get there early as they will be serving complimentary adult beverages. The Butter Food Truck will also be on hand to serve until 1 am. However, moving forward Keystone plans to rotate their food truck vendors so it will be something different each weekend.
As for their hours they will be open Thursdays 3 pm – 12 am, Fridays 3 pm – 2 am, Saturdays 11 am – 2 am, Sundays 11 am- 10 pm.
