Neighborhood Ramen is Collaborating With Middle Child Clubhouse For Their Last Chef’s Pop-Up
For the past five years Neighborhood Ramen (617 S 3rd St.) has collaborated with some of Philly’s hottest chefs for their chefs series including restauranteur Mike Solomonov, Mike Strauss (formally of Mike’s BBQ), Jenn Zavala of Juana Tamala, and Phila Lorn of Mawn. Now Neighborhood Ramen will host one last chef collab with Matt Cahn of Middle Child Clubhouse on Monday February 19th from 4 pm until 10 pm (or until sell out).
The collaboration is sort of bitter sweet as Neighborhood Ramen will be celebrating their 5th Year Anniversary and by the same token, will be hosting their last chefs collab before they close up shop and move their operation to their new location at 526 S. 4th St. The new location is actually where they make their noodles and will eventually become ESO Ramen Workshop, when they make the official move that is tentatively scheduled for June. Neighborhood Ramen’s Lindsay Steigerwald stated that they have their sights on moving their entire operation to Tokyo in the next two years or so.
As for the collaboration, Lindsay stated they chose Middle Child because, “Philly loves Middle Child and we wanted to do it up big.” See menu below:
