This Monday For $5 You Can Watch The Solar Eclipse 51 Stories Up at SkyGarten

For the first time in over 3o years the U.S will bear witness to one of nature’s most awesome event.   The solar eclipse which was last seen in 1979, will take place Monday August 21st.  However, we will not see a total eclipse but rather a partial one.  I know bummer.

However, those looking to witness it can do so Monday at SkyGarten (1717 Arch St.) where they’ll be hosting a solar eclipse watch party.  For $5 guests will gain access to the outdoor deck and receive complimentary NASA approved glasses!  So you can watch the eclipse worry free.  The watch party takes place 12-4 pm with the maximum eclipse happening around 2:44 pm

What better way to enjoy a Monday than seeing a natural phenomenon 51 stories up!
