Laurel Hill Cemetery Will Be Screening “Death Becomes Her” as Part of Their Cinema in the Cemetery Series
Each summer Laurel Hill Cemetery along with the Philadelphia Film Society host Cinema in the Cemetery. Yes, it is exactly how it’s described. So if this event is your speed, bring a chair, blanks, snacks, and drinks and enjoy some classic flicks among some of the most famous plots in the city.
The next screening will be Friday July 11th at Laurel Hill East (3822 Ridge Ave.) featuring Death Becomes Her starring Meryl Streep and Goldie Hawn. The event kicks up with an artist market featuring trivia, local vendors of spiritual goods, and more. The actual screening starts at 8:30 pm. The next movie will take place on September 5th with the cult classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
