Philadelphia is preparing for one of the biggest Fourth of July celebrations in the country as Mayor Cherelle Parker officially unveiled the star-studded lineup for this year’s July 4th concert on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.

Dubbed the “One Philly Unity Concert for America,” the massive free event is being positioned as the nation’s largest free concert experience celebrating America’s 250th birthday.

“This is a full Philadelphia experience,” Parker said while announcing the lineup.

Headlining this year’s concert is pop superstar Christina Aguilera alongside an impressive roster of Philadelphia icons, Grammy winners, and legendary performers.

The lineup includes:

  • Christina Aguilera
  • Jill Scott
  • The Roots with special guests:
    • Will Smith
    • DJ Jazzy Jeff
  • Kathy Sledge
  • State Property featuring:

The evening will be hosted by Wanda Sykes and will also feature appearances from Gillie Da King, Wallo267, and additional guests still to be announced.

Doors for the July 4th celebration open at 3 p.m., with festivities beginning at 5 p.m. and continuing through midnight, capped off by a fireworks spectacular over the Parkway.

Mayor Parker also hinted that more surprise performances and announcements are still on the way.

The July 4th concert serves as the centerpiece of this year’s expanded Wawa Welcome America celebration, which will feature 16 days of free events across the city leading up to Independence Day.

Additional headliners performing during the festival include:
