Wondering what Joel is doing this off season? Well, if you’re used to his antics you may think he’s somewhere turning up. However, he’s currently in Africa with the NBA Without Boarders initiative. The same program that helped start his path into the NBA.
While in Africa, Joel Embiid is helping to restore some infrastructure. However, he had a little down time to play some soccer with local kids. He definitely shows some smooth moves. Perhaps the Philadelphia Union could be taking a closer look at him.
