Insomnia’s CookieLab is Celebrating its 1st Birthday With Exclusive New Treats and a Catered Party For One Lucky Winner
One year ago Insomnia Cookies in South Philly (833 Wharton St.) opened the very first cookie “sweeteasy.” Guests would say a few magic words and voilà, a bookcase swung open and desert lovers entered sweet tooth heaven. If you haven’t already been to the CookieLab or seen it on the many TikTok’s that have featured it, now here’s your chance to experience it with tasty new menu selections.
In celebration of CookieLab’s 1st birthday Insomnia will be hosting a week-long birthday bash the week of April 25 complete with limited-edition treats and a very sweet giveaway. That’s right the sweetest place in Philly just got sweeter. Check out the new menu options below:
Birthday Cake Milkshake
Everything but the candle on top. Vanilla ice cream, blended with Deluxe Confetti Cookies and rainbow sprinkles. Topped with Confetti Double Layer Cake slice, whipped cream, and a rainbow sprinkle rim.
Dirt Pudding Milkshake
A childhood birthday throwback. Chocolate ice cream blended with a Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie. Rimmed with chocolate buttercream and Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie crumble. Topped with whipped cream, cookie crumbles, a Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie, and signature gummy worms.
Confetti Cheesecake Cookie (Bake Your Dream)
A warm sugar cookie packed with cheesecake chunks, white chocolate chips, and rainbow sprinkles.
Cake Batter Cookie (Customize A Classic)
Warm sugar cookie topped with Rainbow Sprinkle Buttercream, white chocolate chips, and more rainbow sprinkles. Proof that there can never be too many sprinkles.
Dirt Pudding Cookie (Customize A Classic)
Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie topped with a chocolate buttercream swirl, OREO® pieces, and gummy worms. Your favorite dirt pudding dessert packed into your new favorite cookie.
