Hoagie Dom and Kismet Bagels Are Having a Special Pop-Up Featuring Calabrian Chicken Cutlet Bialy

We are trying to get the word out as soon as possible because we know these things sell out, so here’s the 411.  On August 27th from 8 am til’ sell out Hoagie Dom will be at Kismet Bagels (113 E. Girard Ave.) for another collab pop-up.

Although, they have hooked up for three pop-ups in the past, this will be the first time Hoagie Dom and Kismet Bagels will serve Calabrian Chicken Cutlet Bialy.  “This will be our third collaboration with Dom, but the first on a Bialy,”  explains Kismet Bagels co-owner Jacob Cohen.  He along with his wife Alex Cohen originally came up with the Hoagie Dom collabs early on in the Kismet Bagel’s journey. “We struck up a friendly convo with Dom on Instagram and ended up linking up for a trade. Since then it’s blossomed into a beautiful friendship,” Jacob adds.

The Calabrian Chicken Cutlet Bialy will come with a parsley garlic cream base, cooper sharp cheese, Dom’s special Calabrian Chicken Cutlet, and pickled red onions.  Sounds amazing, but remember this is first come, first serve so there are no reservations just walk-ups.
