Hey Pet Owners The Bourse is Screening Classic Pet-Themed Movies This May for “National Pet Month”
The Bourse Food Hall is excited to announce the continuation of its Friday movie nights this May with “PAWS for a Cause”, featuring pet-themed classics benefitting Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society, in celebration of National Pet Month, kicking off Friday, May 7.
Movie buffs and their four-legged friends are invited to The Bourse’s fifth street patio every Friday in May from 7-10 pm for a safe and socially-distanced outdoor movie screening. Each table seats up to four guests and costs a flat fee of $40, so groups of one, two, three or four only need to purchase one ticket. Tickets for all dates are available now. When purchasing a ticket, guests will also have the opportunity to add a suggested donation of $5, directly benefitting PAWS, Philadelphia’s largest rescue partner dedicated to saving the lives of homeless and at-risk animals.
MOVIE SCHEDULE:
Friday, May 7 — Marley & Me
Friday, May 14 — Secret Life of Pets
Friday, April 21 — Homeward Bound
Friday, May 28 — Airbud
Moviegoers are invited to the patio starting at 6 pm to enjoy snacks and refreshments from select food hall vendors prior to the movie. A volunteer from PAWS will also be on-site with adoptable dogs (depending on availability) and to answer questions. Masks must be worn at all times unless seated at a table. In the event of rain, the event will be canceled, and ticket holders will receive a refund.
Additionally, Bootcamp at The Bourse is BACK Thursdays from 4-5 pm this May on The Bourse’s fifth st. patio. Each class will be led by Jackie from JaxFitness or Kelsey from Kelstar Kardio and include a variety of workouts, including yoga, total body conditioning, pilates, and more.
