Since dropping his album “Debi Tirar Mas Fotos” this past January, Bad Bunny has been back all over the charts. The international superstar from Puerto Rico is no stranger to party music and great vibes. Which is why on Sunday, April 27, GUSTO Philly will be hosting another installment of their wildly popular Bad Bunny Brunch at Mural City Cellars (1831 Frankford Ave.).
The Puerto Rican owned wine company will offer guests the option of two brunch seatings with a Puerto Rican inspired, family-style menu served up by a partnership of two female chefs, Chef Amy Rivera Nassar of Amy’s Pastelillos and Chef Linda Brown, Culinary Project Manager with José Garcés.
Guests will enjoy a Bad Bunny themed three course meal while Mural City Cellars will offer wine and beer packages. Puerto Rican owned coffee company, Bean2Bean will also be on-hand providing complimentary coffee.
Throughout brunch, popular Philly DJ, DJ Bobby Flowers will be spinning an array of Bad Bunny hits, allowing guests to sing and dance along to their favorite tracks.
“Since it’s inception, GUSTO has presented a series of events celebrating Philadelphia’s vast Latinx culinary community, spotlighting delicious flavors and food traditions from Latin America and the Caribbean. GUSTO events highlight Latinx culinary artists and some of the best restaurants and bars the city has to offer.
Every event hosted by GUSTO gives back to organizations on the island of Puerto Rico or in Philadelphia. The Bad Bunny Brunch 4 beneficiary will be the newly opened Bomba & Plena Cultural Center in North Philly, a center focused on keeping Puerto Rican culture alive through the core sounds and dance of the island. The Cultural Center came to fruition through the efforts of local musicians, Los Bomberos de la Calle,” organizers described.
Bad Bunny Brunch tickets will be sold by tables of two up through eight. There are two hour and a half seatings – 11am-12:30pm and 130pm-3pm. Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite.
