Genie’s Secret Bazaar Opens at the Fashion District Featuring Magicians, Fortune Tellers and Live Performers
The Fashion District just added a new attraction that just opened. “Genie’s Secret Bazaar: An Exploratory Magical Adventure,” opens this weekend and it looks to be the most unique and “magical” experience in Philly.
Genie’s Secret Bazaar is from the makers of the Van Gogh experience, and Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, which were both big hits in Philly. At the bazaar, guests will get to explore and freely roam a hidden indoor bazaar and discover fortune tellers, alchemists, and performers and “A magical hidden indoor bazaar appears out of thin air. Fortune tellers, artists and actors spin an innovative and unique tale of adventure, magic and treachery, inspired by the classic story Aladdin and the Magic Lamp. Performance vignettes, multiple rooms, games, secret doors and hidden puzzles to explore will make this an awe-inspiring event you’ll never forget. You’ll meet secretive merchants, and conniving fortune tellers ready to conspire, sample street food and drinks from around the world and see a classic story told like never before,” the venue states.
The duration of the experience is two hours with food, drinks and goods will also be available for purchase at the bazaar. Genie’s Secret Bazaar will be open Thursdays & Fridays 5 pm to 7:30 pm, Saturdays and Sundays 12:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. Standard tickets for adults are $45 and $38 for children. VIP tickets are available at $59 for adults and $50 for children and includes includes entry to the experience plus skip-the-line access, VIP lounge access with light refreshments, and a special gift.
