For One Night Only, Amá and Almanac Will Collaborate on a 7-Course Japanese-Mexican ‘Amá-kase’ With Cocktail Pairings
On Monday, March 9, Amá is teaming up with Almanac for an intimate, one-night-only collaboration for a Japanese-inspired, seven-course tasting menu. The collab dinner will take place at the bar where courses will be paired with a curated cocktail lineup designed specifically for the evening.
Led by Amá Executive Chef Frankie Ramirez and Almanac’s Rob Scott, with hosting by Amá’s Diego Langarica, the experience unites two James Beard Award–nominated teams for a refined exploration of flavor and technique. The menu draws on the structure and storytelling of omakase while weaving in Amá’s Mexican perspective—resulting in a thoughtful progression of dishes meant to be enjoyed as a complete journey.
Guests can choose between two ticketed seatings at 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., both held exclusively at the bar. Each ticket includes the full seven-course tasting menu and accompanying cocktail list, making this a fully immersive, start-to-finish experience.
Reservations are prepaid and available via Resy.
For one night, Amá’s bar becomes the stage for a collaborative tasting that celebrates craft, creativity, and the shared language of great hospitality—an experience designed for diners who appreciate intention in every course and every pour.
