This in-person program is built for students who want a structured, rigorous approach to wine education. Over the course of one semester, participants develop professional-level tasting skills and a working understanding of grapes, regions, and wine styles.
Levels Two and Three form the core of the program and are taught in person. Optional online Level One access is included at no cost for students who want additional foundational support.
The Core Sommelier Program serves both committed enthusiasts and professionals across the wine and hospitality industries. The emphasis is usable knowledge and confidence, not test tricks or prestige signaling.
