East Passyunk Will Be Closing The Streets to Host Two Open Streets Editions of “Passyunk Passeggiata”
Every Thursday night from 5-8 pm, East Passyunk Avenue has been hosting Passyunk Passeggiata which is an italian-style promenade featuring happy hour specials from participating bars and restaurants as well as a sidewalk market from participating shops and services.
The Open Streets Passeggiata dates for 2025 are Thursday, July 24th and Thursday, August 21st, both starting at 5:00 p.m. EPABID will host single-block Open Streets events during Passeggiata on select dates in July and August. EPABID is excited to announce two Open Streets Passeggiata dates and locations:

Thursday, July 24th on East Passyunk Ave between Mifflin and Moore Streets

Thursday, August 21st on East Passyunk Ave between Morris and Tasker Streets
Attendees will get to enjoy car-free streets, sidewalk shopping, special food and drink offers, and more up and down the Avenue as well as see the block decorated in an Italian Riviera beach theme, and enjoy street games alongside a live musical performance from Valentina Janie, outdoor music hosted by Stogie Joe’s Tavern, and live karaoke at DaVinci & Yu.
